3 to 6 Month Condo Rental in Bangkok (Fully Furnished)
If you’re planning to stay in Bangkok for a few months then my fully furnished condo in Onnut might be just what you need.
Note: this is my home for around 1-2 months a year when I come back to Bangkok. Therefore, I keep it in good condition like a real home, not a typical rental.
But there’s no point leaving it empty the other 11-12 months, so I decide to rent it out fully furnished, enabling others to experience a local side of Bangkok as I do.
The bits you'll enjoy
Here are some things you will love about my place. I’ve furnished it as a real home, ready to drop your bags and move in. Not your average AirBNB or hotel lacking in personality.
- Unobstructed level 36 views looking out over the city
- 55" inch Samsung smart TV, becasue Netflix nights in Bangkok are still good
- Two split cycle airconditioners, loungeroom and bedroom
- Washing machine on the balcony, no need to lug your laundry to the basement
- Locally handmade wooden furniture
- Massive swimming pool, great for chilling or swimming laps
- Futsall court, half basketball court, fully equipped gym
Where is my condo located?
My place is located in Onnut. Also known as Onnut Road, or Sukhumvit 77.
It’s about 15 minutes on the BTS Skytrain from Central. Or 6 kilometers south east of Central. Depends how you prefer to measure it.
Either way, it’s pretty convenient to get around and Onnut has loads of great street food to enjoy.
Why rent a fully furnished condo in Bangkok instead of an Airbnb, Hotel, or Typical 1 year lease?
There are a few great reasons why you’d rent a fully furnished condo in Bangkok on a short term lease.
- Much cheaper than AirBnB and Hotels. Rent from just 20,000 THB per month (roughly USD 600) saving you loads over the long run.
- Fully furnished, drop your bag and settle in. Not just furniture, but also a fully equipped kitchen, cutlery, utensils, linen, beautiful locally handmade furnishings. This condo is my home typically 2 months of the year, so I’ve put some soul into it which will make you feel right at home.
- Airbnb = illegal. But renting my condo ain’t Airbnb, it’s a 3 to 6 month (or up to 12 month) lease. You’ll have a proper lease agreement prepared by my local Thai registered agent (Bangkok Prime Property).
- Super high speed internet included. Don’t waste days navigating the Thai system for internet. Instead, arrive, connect, enjoy my 100MBps fibre to the room internet.
